At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn gear and apparel. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the trails as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
