We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original tags. For safety reasons, technical climbing hardware and used footwear cannot be returned.

How should I wash my waterproof GORE-TEX jacket?

Machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on a warm setting to reactivate the water-repellent (DWR) coating.
